Lorraine (Bednaz) Lusardi, 86, of Somers loving wife of 67 years to the late Thomas Lusardi passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Lorraine was born February 21, 1931, in Suffield, CT the daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Jurczyk) Bednaz. Lorraine retired from Hamilton Standard in Windsor Locks after 28 years. Lorraine and Tom were snowbirds and spent the winter months in Florida. Together they enjoyed golfing, swimming and fishing. Lorraine will be deeply missed and remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her three daughters; Debbie Havourd and husband Don of Enfield, Linda Hayden and husband Jeff of Enfield, and Terry Stoltze and husband Paul of Sturbridge, MA; three sons, Tom Lusardi and wife Sue of Enfield, Pete Lusardi and wife Lynn of Vernon, Bill Lusardi and wife Laurie of Somers; eleven beautiful grandchildren; four beautiful great-grandchildren, and her brother, Walter Bednaz and wife, Lorraine of Windsor Locks. Lorraine was predeceased by her siblings, Benjamin, Frank and Fred Bednaz, Nellie Rogers, Geraldine Kulas, and Julie Orr. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family during visiting hours on Thursday, May 25, 2017, from 11 am to 1 pm at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. A funeral service will follow the visiting hours at 1 pm. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Suffield.
