Obituary for Elaine M. Ryan

Elaine M. (Fahey) Ryan, 86, of Windsor Locks, loving wife of Paul F. Ryan entered into Eternal Rest on Saturday, November 18, 2017, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family. Elaine was born October 24, 1931, in Suffield, CT the daughter of the late Raymond and Catherine (Quagliaroli) Fahey. In addition to her husband, Paul to whom she was married 62 years the devoted mother, avid gardener and bowler is also survived by her two sons, Kevin and Jeffrey Ryan both of Windsor Locks; her beloved granddaughter, Theresa Dufresne and her husband, Josh of Belchertown, MA; a brother, John Fahey of West Palm Beach, FL and several nieces and nephews. Elaine was predeceased by two brothers, Raymond and Irving Fahey and a sister, Constance Bermani. There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial for Elaine will be celebrated on Thursday, November 30, 2017, at 11 am at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 52 South Elm St., Windsor Locks, CT. Please meet at the church. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Elaine’s memory may be made to the Windsor Locks Lions Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 105, Windsor Locks, CT 06096.
