Henry J. Faust, Jr. 94, of Windsor Locks, the loving husband to the late Mary (Mielniczuk) Faust, entered into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, November 22, 2017. He was born on January 2, 1923, in Springfield, MA, son of the late Henry J. Sr., and Mary (Newton) Faust. Henry and Mary were married in 1945 and celebrated 65 wonderful years together. He proudly served with the Eighth Air Force in the United States Army Air Forces during WWII. He was retired from Hamilton Standard and the Johnson Gage Company. Henry is survived by his children James Faust and his wife Marilyn of Somers, CT and Linda O'Neil and her husband Bill of Windsor Locks, CT; his grandchildren Tara O'Neil, Kerry O'Neil, Michael Faust, Jeffrey Faust, and Jennifer Biedrzycki and her husband John; and two great-grandchildren Joseph and Ella Biedrzycki; his good friend Stacia Filipiak Falkowski, and several nieces and nephews. Henry's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, November 25, 2017, from 9 am to 10 am at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring Street, Windsor Locks. A funeral procession will form at 10 am at the funeral home for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 446 Mountain Road, Suffield. Henry will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Cemetery in Suffield. Donations in Henry’s name can be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
